Replying to Recovering from a knee injury (mental)
So past season, i tore a ligament in half while hitting a kicker ( it really was small thus humiliating) and since then i can run walk and do tramp fine, i can even do some rollerblade no probs, but i got up to a kick this weekend and i got scared shitless, like i was unable to hit it, at the end of te day, my friend pushed me to it, but a straight air was all i got out of it. Last year at the end of the season, i was doing 5's 3's with grabs ( i know im not that good at all) but this year i just cant picture doing anything... Anyone got advice for contering mental block?
