the sound change is because his skis aren't on snow anymore, it's just noise from flying through the air instead of air and snow before takeoff

Jesse does go huge, saw him ski for years at Crested Butte before he got his "break" at the Extremes one year.

That second video, WTF? Throw a 10 off a massive cliff like it's no biggie?!?!? Glad I'm too old to be thinking about doing those shenanigans!

The shot after that, I didn't realize he had a chute for a second, and so when I saw him go off the edge and saw the flat rocky landing I literally was like wat the fuck theres no way he survives that. then his chute opens. haha
