if u go 2 the baldface lodge website they have this very extensive workout by the canadian ski coach trainer guy its intense ive dropped like 8lbs. in 3 weeks and have been getting ripped for the ski season

Buy a foam roller to maintain good tissue quality in your legs. Foam rollers go ALONG way esp after a long day of skiing. You can get em at like Sports Authority and make sure you get a decent one.
