First of all, to block out pain you need a high pain threshold to begin with. But talkin to a few other shredders, many people in the competitive world actually use methods to block out pain. I know my method, plain and simple. I had a limit of pain set in my head, when I reach it, I keep pushing that limit a little further. Now some people say blocking pain is stupid, because pain is the thing that tells you to stop whatever you are doing. My idea of pain, is to push through. The method of blocking out pain has worked numerous times for me. From my snapped arm, to my osgood. What method do you use to block out pain?
