I broke my suspender on one of my first days riding, any chance you guys could send me a new pair? Im stoked on you guys, after i broke my abangs, I bought chronics and the line pin. Keep up the good work guys!

Yes, if you look at legendardy skate artis Jim Phillips and his son who did the graphic Jimbo Phillips you'll see where he's coming from. They Chronics were dark for a while but we like to mix up different art styles every year collabing with talented folk around the world to keep it fresh and not stick to 1 style. Thanks for asking

bingo .. they share the same awesome attributes of the new Chronic but in a narrower waist and less tip/tail rocker. Super high performance ski to be able to spin into the future.

Exactly what i was thinking. I dont think anyone absolutely loves the step up, so i think itd be easy to replace with another true park ski

sintered .. it's not symmetrical so not specfic to the park .. in the same family as the Chronics & Blend. Here we'll blow all the surprise for you .. please don't re-share outside this thread.

The Chronic is alive and well and not going anywhere and getting on the feet of many happy people .. this is a ski in our wide range of skis, so not for everyone of course, some prefer, so we made. For fat park ski a symmetric mounted Blend is the way to go .. always looking into a super fat Lizzie-esque park ski but again, that's a very specific customer.

Cap construction keeps costs down, which means a more affordable ski. Cap can be durable too, anyone remember the head mad trix and the first generation line chronic blend?

Not that I buy skis based on graphic, but I'd love to see some graphics like those that were on the Anthem Octoland done by pollard, and the Anthem KISS Rocker graphic that really never made it

they aren't just cap, they are a hybrid cap/sidewall construction like the current chronics.

I would love to see the new afterbang and its dimensions. Also whats this I hear about 86 underfoot chronic? The reason I bought this years was because they were 92, wider park skis are awesome

they are talking about the future spin which is the almost the same as the old chronic. the new after bang has a strange core underfoot that looks crazy sketch.

the core underfoot is the same, the "3D butter zone" is in the tip and tail, and looks even less durable and torsionally stiff than the current afterbang.

I found mine slow, heavy, and not that buttery. not that a stiff ski is bad, but they advertise it as a super flexible ski

Also, I hate to say it, but it is a gaper ski now. If you see any kid with twin tips that doesnt really ski park, he is 9 times out of 10 on abangs. I personally havent ridden any in years, so I cant say how the new ones are. They felt pretty boring when I rode them a few years back though.

truth about it being a gaper ski. line is one of the only park brands sold at our only local shop and since afterbang is the cheapest they're all rockin it at the local hill.
I love em though, most fun ski to hit rails or just fuck around on. I think I may like my stepups more though cause they remind me of the afterbangs but you can hit jumps with them.

its been touched upon before but the new 172 SFB was too similar. Its a very specific park ski which is fun as hell and if the groundswell of demand keeps rising we'd be interesting in bringing back. Currently there is no plans to however.
