Replying to Anyone on NS know about shoulder injuries...

I am not sure what i did i was skiing pulled a 3 off of a little side booter but under rotated and landed at 270 caught my edges and fell into some snow that was not hard snow by any means it was very light packed powder and got up and my shoulder hurt like a bitch. I could move it so it was not dislocated but I had limited motion. It has seemed to get better but I am not sure what I did. Could it be a tear in my rotator cuff??
