Yea I'm sure she chooses what she wants to wear in the video. She has designers and artists to make sure she looks good, they pretty much control her wardrobe.

She probably doesn't even listen to them. I bet her fashion stylists and wardrobe people made her wear it. They never give you a close enough look to see if it is a Strokes shirt though.
