1. Is this lens suitable for night riding? I don't need it crazy good for night, just usable enough.
2. Is this lens actually purple mirrored like the picture makes it look?
3. And are these goggles overall a good goggle? Any testimonials would be great!
1. On electric's site, it says that lens is a Bronze/Blue Chrome lens. I'd say that this is electric's answer to Oakley's blue iridium. These lenses work better for overcast days, and sunny days rather than night riding. If the hill has good lighting you should be fine, but it will still be pretty dark. (I skied with fire iridium at holiday and it didn't even seem that dark) And blue irid lets in more light than fire so you should be fine.
2. The lens isn't purple, it's blue. In the picture on Electric's site makes it look like it's purple because the fram/strap is purple as well. I found this site with actual pictures of people wearing them. They're more of a blue, not a vibrant purple.

3. Electric makes a fantastic goggle. I have a pair of black eg2s and their the best goggles i have ever worn. The field of view is unbeatable, they don't fog and they look super ill. You won't be disappointed in these goggles trust me. And if the blue lens ends up being too dark. Get a pair of yellow chrome lenses. From what i've heard they are epic for night riding.
