i went to washington a week ago and i was wondering if anyone ever saw this guy who's behind the white house with his dog and some wood things with newspaper on it protesting against war and shit...i think i heard hes there since 68 but i dont know if its true. hes weird but i think hes pretty cool does anyone know who im talking about???
