Experienced skier wants to try park. What do I need?

I've skied 50 days a year recently, but never done any park. Last year was pretty much entirely powder days, but if that doesn't happen again, I'd like to try out the park a bit. Here's some info about me:

5'11"
145 lbs
Ski at Mammoth and June, ski everything inbounds except mandatory 10-20 footers.

Current skis:
185 Praxis Pow (Powder days)
186 Lhasa Pow (Everyday)
186 Stockli Scot Schmidt Pro (Groomers)

Obviously, I'm going to need to go shorter for park skis, but how short? Also, do I want something completely symmetrical?

Individual ski ideas would be great, but in the end I'll probably just get something really cheap since I won't use them that often.

You don't need to really go that much shorter. I'm 5'11" and I ski 182 park skis. However I am 180lbs so I ski on a stiffer ski (Alpha 2's). You will want to look at something on the softer end being only 145lbs. Armada T-hall's, Line Afterbangs, K2 Press...

I know my weight says soft skis, but since I'm used to stiffer skis (Lhasas and Stocklis are a lot stiff than any park ski), should I stick with that for the park?

If you like stiffer skis and don't like the idea of a buttery ski, go for a stiff park ski.

get step ups. there cheap and not as bad as afterbangs. if thats how cheap you want to go, if not then sometihng like thall, ARV, suspects, blend, sometihng like that.

If you're comfortable on a narrower ski, you're going to be fine. A ski in the 180 range will be fine, you shouldn't have to worry about shorter skis, you will find it incredibly easy to control a ski in the 180 range.
