Glue to Fix Goggles?

Hey guys, so i have a pair of goggles and they have a double foam layer.

The two foam layers are starting to separate and I'm looking for a glue thats flexible so when i glue them back together there won't me a stiff spot in my goggles.

Can anyone recommend some cheap, easy to find glue thats flexible so i can glue the foam layers back together?

Maybe just stitch it?

i think the stitching would rip from the foam

Whatever you do - dont use superglue.

It will eat through the foam, making your situation even worse

a spray adhesive works great, just remember to take the lenses out when you use any type of glue on your goggles. You can find a can of 3m spray adhesive at your hardware store for under ten bucks.
