Do a search and you'll find a ton of threads on this. Cliff notes: T Hall will generally better for all park, esp if you're hitting a lot of rails. The AR7's stiffer flex make it better if you're going to take it all-mtn, and also helps on the bigger park jumps. Based on what you described the T Hall would probably be your best bet.
