Its probably them scaring you about the new bill anti-piracy law being introduced to congress this week that will completely fuck over sites like youtube and flickr and 4chan. Basically the government is going to take over the internet.

Yeah and I heard somewhere that its going to allow third party groups charge you to visit a site that is normally free to visit and browse. Not sure though.

What would it do to youtube? maybe delete the copywrited stuff? I have no issues with that. I don't even know what flickr is. As for porn, again i'm sure all they would do is delete copywrited stuff and probably also make it harder for kids to see it.

Basically doing any of that censorship does not seem like such a big deal to me.
