I know there's only one more race this season. I have cable and speed channel (the only channel that broadcasts the races) costs so much extra every month, which I can't afford. So I haven't been able to watch any of the races this year. I've just been going online and checking the points to keep myself updated. I just wondered if there was a site online that I could watch live F1 races on. I know the amount of followers of F1 on newschoolers is pretty slim but I can't find anything. Just wondered if anyone knows. Thanks guys.
haha its funny you mention. europe is f1 crazy and over here every sunday they show the race on like 3 different channels but since america is more interested in cars that are anything but stock going around in a circle, the races occur at times so that the main audience of europe can watch them during the day. they are live in europe at about noon tho so if you want to watch them live in america you will probly have to wake up early in the morning to watch them live. or better yet if you have comcast xfinity ust dvr them and you can watch them later. but f1 hasnt grown enough in america for them to rebroadcast the races during waking hours in america. i had trouble finding the races in america too, but in europe, any basic cable will have more than one channel that interviews the drivers, covers the qualifying, and basically devotes the entire day of sunday to the race... its tits over here in europe i feel bad for you cuz f1 and dtm are the shit
Haha ya I know F1 is hugeee over in europe, you guys are so lucky. I don't see how us Americans (not me personally, but most) can watch the shitty stock cars go around in an oval for hours straight.
My friend who doesn't even watch F1 gets speed channel and I'm like "Is it alright if I just come over at like 5:00am (I think it was) so I can watch the race?" So I did! I love watching the races so much that's just why I wondered. Honestly the more I live in America the more I'd like to move out to Europe. I definitely wouldn't mind waking up early to watch the races though. I'm happy to see that at least they're building a track in Austin Texas for next season. I'm excited to see how that's going to go. It's my dream to actually go to a race someday though.
Yes it is, but our service provider Comcast, charges extra per month to get speed channel. As a poor teenage kid I can't really afford that extra fee per month.
I'll definitely check out that download thing though. I don't mind watching them a day late.
i haven't been able to watch a race at ll either. there's usually lots of videos on their site and other places but they're all recap and whatnot. do they stream?
