iHome, plays music with all iPods as far as I know, charges most. Newer iTouches and iPhones may not charge, my iPhone 4 doesn't charge, but plays music fine. $35 shipped.
Droid 1 by Motorola, with sliding keyboard. Glitches sometimes and has signs of wear, and is missing the back battery cover. However I used it like this for over a year and the only time the battery ever fell out was if it fell onto hard ground. Charge cord is uncluded. $35 shipped.
