My friend is trying to find a camera for under 500$ that would be, I would say be 90% photo 10% video. I myself have a T2i, basically it would either need to be a low end dslr or a high end point and shoot with manual settings. I am not exactly sure what he is looking for, but I was thinking maybe in the nikon range. Since it is mostly photo. Video features would be nice, it doesnt have to be perfect though.
