Problem with I Movie help!!

Allright so over the weekend I filmed at killington with my friends new gopro 2 and we tried editing it on my laptop with i movie. I dont use I movie for actual editing I just use it to Import into final cut pro and do simple stuff. But now for some reason when i have the clips in i movie and drag what i want into the project, I cant view what i have in the project in the viewer. Pretty much I can hear the noise fine and it says its playing but i cant see it. i can watch it fine then its in the raw footage thing under the project. PLease helppp! + k for answers
