Replying to Knee Binding Mounting Problem

Alright, so I ordered a pair of knee bindings. I like the idea of a lowered chance of ACL injury. Here's the catch no one told me about. Knee binding only authorizes certain dealers to mount their bindings, and you need a specif Kneebinding Jig to mount them. I'm from Tahoe, so my dad was trying to get them mounted for me there and sent down to San Diego (where I go to school). Not one store in the greater Tahoe area has a Knee Binding Jig yet (what a fucking joke, it's almost december). So he sends them down to me here in SD. I've called every REI in Southern California, all of which have yet to receive a Jig from Knee Binding. Apparently no one answers the phone over there at knee binding, but I have seen them respond to posts on here. So what the hell guys, where can I get my god damn bindings mounted to my skis, this is a joke. I'm a little livid as all over FB my homies are shreddin key and brek and mammoth and bear, even boreal up at home. I finally am free enough from the damn college-grind to get a day or so in and I have everything but no store can mount the fucking bindings because you decide to require special equipment, and then you never send the stores that you approve the equipment they need. All the stores say they were expecting them a while ago, but they haven't heard anything from you guys?! What's the deal? I'm about to return these and overnight a pair of looks just so I can get on the mountain. Come on, gimme a time frame!!!
