i took a existentialism class in high school, and on the final exam there were 5 questions on the test, 4 of which were ordinary exam questions but the last one was "why?" and the answer section was 2 pages long. i was in a terrible mood that day, and i knew i already had an A in the class so i wrote down "because." and walked out while the rest of my class slaved away for like an hour trying to come up with a suitable answer for that question. turns out i was the only one to correctly answer the question as the only acceptable answers were "because" and "why not?" everyone else in the class was so pissed but i think its hilarious.
