I'm pretty sure the 1st one is a still from the movie 'el chupacabra', which I watched like 10 minutes of at my cousins house before I got tired of how lame it was.

If you wanna watch that movie... don't, it has the utmost worst acting and worst effects. Like... a dead guy with his stomach ripped open but his chest is moving (breathing).
