i for one think henrik should win. He is a creative innovative skier that deserves this years title.

I hate these kind of contests, both are pushing in diffrent direcsions therfore no one is beter. I find it funny that NS has decided to  hate on Henrik since his style is no longer "cool", and all the kids love him.

Such a hard match up for me :/ Henrik is the most gracious, appreciative and grantful guys out there. He is so stokkked on every win he gets. I'm sure Sammy is as well, it's just Henrik is so dang humble. Tough choice.

I don't hate on Sammy, I just prefer Henrik for the continuos new grabs and new tricks he does and he prove that he can ride backcountry with style. Sammy did big things but he does the samy tricks and the same grabs over and over and has the same shitty right side (outside rodeos) as 5 years ago. They're always stoked on everything both but I just prefer Henrik more... this is my opinion.  :)

Henrik has yet to prove he can ride backcountry, and I'm sorry but same tricks and same grabs? He did the first triple on skis and a lot of the tricks he did at snowboard super-park were completely new. For example multiple double corks to wall rides.

When he goes into the wall isn't that him going into the second cork? He throws the whole trick like he throws his doubles then half way through the second cork his hits the wall. I'm not arguing with you but how don't you consider that a double cork?

Henrik has the illest style and slated int he b&e show / blackout, and sammy killed it in on top of the hood, but personally I like henriks style more

I thought Sammy landed the first triple? and you have a good point that's it's irrelevant but I still think Sammy had an overall better year. He won x-games and produced On Top on the Hood. And this is freeskier of the year, not best park/urban skier, Sammy shreds all aspects so dam hard. Henrik would easily win best park/urban skier but that's not what this contest is about.

Bobby's was a triple wackflip, Sammy stomped a switch triple rodeo 12. Bobby did get a solid triple cork done, but that was after Sammy.

Look at Sammy's X games success, look at his video parts in all those movies, and he clearly went of this year. He has my vote for sure.

Sammy obviously. He has an all around ski game. BC, park, and he can ski big mtn. Definitely not a degenerate park rat who thinks he is black.

ive seen retallack and i think henrik proves he can ride BC pretty badly, as for sammy i werent to impressed by his segment in Grand Bizarre, as of henrik is just stoked all the time ( sammy is probably as well) but i just think henriks attitude to the entire sport is just immense, and he made a sweet (but short) movie with his friend Phil, wich is the best duo ever.

I'd vote for henrik, think he deserves this years title.

Definitely Sammy.

He has had multiple competition titles and two banger seggies in Grand Bizaar. Henrik does have very unique style but other than blackout he hasn't done anything really big this year.
