Who is the fastest typer on NS?

Do that test and write your score down in this thread. I did 65 WPM but a calculated 60 WPM because of mistakes.

i remember doing that in high school too, fun ass shit. just racked up a solid 90wpm 0 errors.

75 WPM, i thought that was good till i read this thread. holy fuck

but copying it is stupid, i am much faster when i dont have to be looking at the screen the whole time lol i make fewer mistakes

gave it another try, 109 no errors. i think i'm pretty much capped out with that cause i dont use my pinkies. but hey, i'd say that's good enough.

haha my other fingers just dance around alot. funny too, you'd think that as a guy who grew up playing the piano that using my pinkies wouldn't be that hard. guess it's just the way i trained myself..

ok not using my pinkies was a lie. i use it for shift and enter with my right hand. but in terms of proper pressing of the letter keys, even characters like ; ' " , . / [delete] it's my ring finger. and then i guess with my left hand i'll use my pinky for cntl, capslock, tab.

I think the world record is 218 or something so yeah it's highly unlikely. It is possible that he just mashed on his keyboard for a minute and just cropped off the amount of errors
