Molded cork footbeds vs drop-ins?

So I'm thinking that I'm going to want a pair of footbeds for my konflicts.
when I went into the local shop the owner was telling me he would recommend the drop-ins vs the cork, unless you had a particularly awkward foot or needed alot of space filled. This goes against most of the information i've read on the subject. I don't really need any space filled, i just wanted to have something sturdier to stand on than the intuition foam.
So what y'all think?
ps the cork are 120 and the drop-ins 40 dolla

It depends on your foot structure, honestly. With some feet, a trim to fit work fine, with others a more molded solution is the way to go. Personally, I have never been a fan of kork molded footbeds- most trim to fits (especially ALINE) do a much better job at balancing and centering your foot.
Every shop will tell you their footbeds (or process) is the best... Go to a couple different ones and see what makes sense for you.

As onenerdy said, its hard to say. Only thing I would add is, if you are going the Kork route (i would recomend sidas instead) wait untill your shop gets the new version in. They are half the volume but still suport the foot the same. In a FT the old Korks took up alot of room, so could be awkard to fit, but the new ones should work better.
