This lens is in MINT condition for its age. It has been stored in a hard leather case for the past 15 years and hardly ever used. The glass and the body are nearly flawless. Only reason I'm selling is because I have a Minolta 50 1.4 that I like better, and I don't really see myself using the macro tube very often.
I'm asking $160 shipped for the extension tube and the lens. Paypal or local pickup only (I'm in CT until Monday then I'm moving to So. VT). Buyer sends payment as a gift or covers paypal fees (check my feedback if you question my legitimacy).
The extension tube makes the focusing distance about 2-3 inches. Here's an example of the magnification with the macro tube and the lens on my GH2:
