Does the bsl get bigger for every size of full tilts

Not necessarily.

The Original Series shells are 2:1 lasted, which means that 1 shell (26) is used for 2 sizes (26 & 26.5). This is industry standard.

The Influence Series of shells are different. I believe they use 1 shell for 3 sizes. Therefore the BSL does not change as frequently between sizes like the Original series.
