Smith io reducing lens transparency?

ive got smith i/os with white foundation frames and a platinum mirror lens. im trying to find out A when the lens is most reflective? and B ( i can see the parts of te frame through the lens(looking t it from thr outside and i was wondering how i could make it so i cant see the frame through it. would dying it black work?)) thanks

They will be fully reflective on sunny days and you will see very little if any of your eyes/inside frame of the goggle.

on second thought that could be the ignitor mirror, but the platinum mirror is actually darker than the ignitor so it will be more reflective than that pictured.

No, you should definitely dye your brand new mirrored goggle lenses black.
