Dakine Mission Photo review?

story of why this bag protects your camera gear real well: i was bombing a hill on the way back from shooting some skating, there was a piece of metal poking out of the road that i failed to notice, my front truck clipped it while i was hauling ass, my board literally stopped dead and i slammed straight onto the side of my head/side of my body with said camera bag on my back. i knocked myself out, but all of my camera gear was unharmed.

I've had one of these packs for about 4 months now. Its built well, the layout is pretty well thought out and accessible, and it is really comfortable. I've worn it on some pretty long hikes with all my gear without an issue. It can fit my camera, 4 lenses, manual, batteries, cleaning kit, charger, laptop, laptop charger, mouse, and tripod no problem. The waterproofing on the pack itself isn't amazing but the built in rain fly should keep your stuff dry if it gets extreme out there. Overall, an awesome pack for the price. Unless you're ready to shell out the extra couple hundo for an f stop or something along those lines, the sequence is the way to go.

FACK. Just realized I reviewed the wrong bag. Well, the Sequence is nice, you should take a look at that.

the sequence & mission are very similar, the photo block is exactly the same, the sequence just has a little more room outside the photo block.

i have a mission and i love it, very well built, not waterproof but water resistant and has a rain cover that comes out
