so last weekend i tried 2 frontflips, the first one wasnt great i landed on my back, the second one was better but i was going to slow and still landed on my back on the first i just popped and swung forward, the second i tried to stagger my feet it kinda worked i would just like to to get some tips on what would make me spin faster on tips on when to pop and things like that.. i didnt tuck though but i brought back my knees would tucking help? and the jump was about 10 feet into powder thx for your help +k for help -k for bullshit .. Thanks.
have one foot a little further ahead of the other on the in run and once you hit the lip, pop the front foot back, it should give you a faster rotation
keep pressure on the front of your boots pop of the jump and try to do the shortest superman frontflip ever its harder mentally but this is how i learned mine
In st-sauver idk if you know where that is 1 hour from montreal. they made snow its kinda pre season but we made a kicker in some 2 foot deep powder that they hadnt groomed
