so basically my roomate has a serious case of phemonia (dont know how to spell). Do I have any rights to get him removed from the room until hes better? I have no idea about this at all. Is Pnemonia contageous?

dude if you are worried why don't you just leave? It's a hell of a lot easier for you to find somewhere else to stay than for them.

It's not like people are gonna be stoked on a sick person staying at there house because their asshole room mate kicked them out.
