ok. in the marathon in the oltympics today the runner in first was jumped by a spectator and shoved into the crowd, causing him to loose his place in first.

I didn't see it but thats weird it took him longer than 30 seconds to recover?? Thats fuked up though, he should share the gold medal but that wouldn't really be fair either. Its just bad luck for the brazilian.

it only took about 10 seconds to get the guy off of him, but in a race it is so incredibly hard to stop and get back up to pace like that, especially at that point of the race in such a grueling event.
