Marker Fastrak 2 bindings?

this season i rented 2011 line masterminds, and they came mounted with these marker fastrak 2 bindings.   has anyone ever had experience with these? any advice is welcome. heres a video of them:

its just one of their cheaper integrated binding systems.

It's just a low-end Marker demo/rental binding.

is it ok to use them for park if they have the piece attaching them in the center? .. maybe a dumb question.
