So I've ridden the CRJs for 2 seasons in a 188. I'm 6'2" and 195lbs. I live and ski in Vail and make a few trips to different CO resorts. Here's my take on the ski
Pretty substantial rocker profile for fluff with more than enough camber underfoot to shred hardpack. It's also got a decent turning radius considering it's 118 underfoot, and it gets edge to edge pretty quickly. It's really a light with a shit ton of pop, so that in combination with the fairly short turning radius make it an awesome ski for groomers and rollers.
My favorite days on this ski were about 12" and under. As I mentioned earlier this ski has more than enough rocker on it to get you through fluff and even charge through crud. My only issue with the ski in these conditions is that it does lack some of the torsional stiffness of other skis out there, so me being such a big dude it does beat on my legs a bit. But with how poppy and buttery this pow ski is, I could really care less.
So far I've been on a CRJ for 200+ days, and I have absolutely no intention of taking it out of my quiver. It will probably be my everyday driver when I work on Vail this year 5 days a week. If it was good enough for a legend like CR, it's definitely good enough for me
