If im trying to practice urban rails for winter how high should the rail be from the takeoff?

30 inches is usually what real street rails are. Shorter is good for practice though. Try and make it so you can adjust a snow jump for different tricks, thats the best cause you can learn really big urban-ons with little to jump, then also build it up for lipslides, twosevs, and switch tricks.
