Just signed on a 6 month lease on a 4br. I've got definitely one, possibly 2 rooms free. If you sign to the full 6 months (ends May 6), It'll be 600/mo + utilities. If you need to go month to month, we will negotiate a higher price based on how much it will fuck me over (If a room is vacant, it means I'm paying for it).
Its 50 yards from a free shuttle stop (end of Summit Stage's Boreas Pass route). My buddy and I living there are in our mid 20's, laid back, smoke buddah, will be going downtown for drinks and live music, and of course skiing/riding a ton.
