Im 180 pounds and 5'7" and 3/4 im looking for a all mountain park ski...i know what i want but is 176 cm too big.... from what i see thats about 2 inches over my head???
thanks they are traditional camber and on the stiffer side i believe....ar7s to be exact will the length hold me back in the park??? thanks for the help btw +k
i actually chose shorter skis, 1 because i always liked them to be close to my nose and 2 because our piece of shit oververt halfpipe sucks dick if you are on anything longer then 170, your tails would still be on the wall when you start the tranny for the next hit.
i think it is more so personal preference, i dont like jumping with huge ass skis on my feet either, just what im used to.
Don't forget that a centermounted twin tip will ski "shorter" then a tradtional race ski of the same lenght. that is mounted a few CM back from center. But 176 will be fine. Im 510 200lbs on centermounted 180s
Now I know why I already have you at a 0/10. I said it is mostly personally preference. When I demoed longer skis I just didn't like the way they felt. When you ski on a ski that is to short for you which is what I had to do last year since I couldn't afford new skis you just get used to it and then why I skied a longer ski it felt weird. And you get my nomination for douche of the week
well, you do realize that halfpipe reasoning was insanely stupid, and completely untrue, right? Unless your mountain hand digs a ditch and you mistake it for a halfpipe. Not hating, just saying.
OP, like almost everyone has said, that should be perfect.
