The 3rd Annual Terrace Rail Jam presented by the Hoofer Ski and Snowboard Club is happening November 17th at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. 30-tons of snow will be brought to the new Union South building where 60 of the areas top skiers and snowboarders will battle it out for this years bragging rights.
