270 on / 270 off. Which is more difficult?

okay so my brother and I are having a very heated argument over what is more difficult a 270 on or a 270 off. we are talking about a standard flat rail, and we want to know what is generally the easier trick. we have a 10$ bill on the line based on you newschoolers so please share your unbiased and honest opinion.


i think this is a no brainer, but i don't want to say which side I'm taking because i don't want to affect the results.

270 on is so much easier...cuz like you are spinning off snow so it's easy to set.. off the rail is hard..because rails are slippery and hard to spin off of..

ive had more problems, and injuries, with/from the 270 on. rails are overrated, go ride some powder.

270 onto a flat rail is much, much harder than either a back or front 2 out of a rail.

off: just turn and land
on: spin, land, attempt to lock to stay on, chance of rotating and nutting your self on higher rails

on is harder

coming from someone that can do both but is still progressing, the 270 on just takes more nuts. therefore is harder? Idk i think they are about the same.

What type of 270 off?  I find front 2's off way easier than anything.  But I'd also have to say a 2 on is easier than a blind 2 off.

on a rail definetly a 2 out but i cant spin out of boxes for shit so i would probably get a 270 onto a box before a good 2 out

I learned 270s on before 270s off. For me it was always easier to spin onto something than it was to grip the rail and spin off of it.

on is way harder, you can slide out of a 2 off if you land a little perpendicular to the mountain, no such thing with a 2 on

thank you newschoolers you just made me 10$ CDN, i have no idea why my brother finds 270 onto a rail easier, he seems to always fall trying to 270 off of rails but can usually 270 on everytime. i guess he is an anomaly.

anyway im glad we all agree 2 out is easier. thanks guys , u just paid for a gram of some high grade pot.
