haha i always used to love how i'd listen to old ass couples skiing together in their 70's complain that the snowboarders are the cause of the moguls, and the reason it's icy. I live on the east coast, think about it.

lift line: 4 year old too light to stay still on flat ground and slowly drifting backwards, getting scared, and then bailing.

lift line: gangster wanna be snowboarder hyper aggressively hop-planting up to the chair.

lift line: racer with full gear on goes mach 12 right up to the line, stopping in 3 feet.

lift line: random 50 year old men with semi-tight 10 year old North Face gear on riding up so boots are exposed, underwear is exposed, gloves off and on poles, googles permanently around forehead (they rock prescription glasses only son).

i live in the east coast, so i hear all the time people complaining that the blacks are colorado blues- which they pretty much are. but most of the time there people have never been west.

Lift line: GaNg5Ta snowboarders stomping their boards on the ground, making a really loud noise.

Lift line: snowboarder trying to butter/manual and falling. These people will also pull all the ropes making the lift lines down while they fall.

Lift line: people who have to grab the lift in front of them cause they think it's cool.

Lift line: kid who somehow crosses his skis and falls while skating up to where you wait for the lift. This kid is usually right next to you.

So funny and surprisingly accurate. Additions:

On the lift: Tourists talking in loud voices about their vacation, and asking questions "Do you live around here?" "Where's the best snow?"
On the lift: People in the chair in front of you lighting up.

On the lift: Long waits while unprepared skiers and riders attempt to get on the lift and fail, lifties shut off lift.

On the lift: Long waits while people bring their unprepared child on the lift, child falls off before bar closes, lifties shut off lift.

On the lift: Inadequate maintenance checkups lead to lift breakdown, leaving you stranded. Usually in a strong wind.

Getting off the lift: The gentle grade of the unload station proves too much for unprepared skiers/ riders; tips cross, carve the wrong way, ect, everyone falls, lift gets shut down.

At the top: The gentle grade of the unload station proves too much for unprepared skiers/ riders; tips cross, carve the wrong way, ect, everyone falls, they look at you and say, "You cut me off."

At the top: Snowboarders block the entire route from the lift to the trail by forming a line or several lines across as they strap in/ attempt to strap in.

Not really funny, but true, at least at my mountain.

haha yes....hiking for the most part is retarted. In the time you hike a rail a couple times iv already done the entire run twice. Helps that i dont have to wait in lift lines ever tho so fuck the tourists
