About in the end of july this year i were skiing at folgefonna. When i had my first hit at the biggest jump i overshot by a little and i also think i landed with a little more weight on my right leg. At that time i felt some pain one the outside and under my right knee, and i can still feel it if i straighten my knee out and try to feel it.
Anyway, i went to the doctor today, and i'm going to take MR like 3rd of january. During this period, since i overshot the jump, i've been able to do everything i normally would do, training and such. At some times i have felt something though. So what worries me is that i might get much more of a injury if i start skiing again now and go big on jumps. I suppose that would do if i land bad again.
What I am asking for is mainly if anyone have ever had something similar? Does anyone know what it is? It would also be nice to discuss various ways to strenghten the knees in a overall knee sorta way.
