?... I assumed when you counter offered 215+shipping and took my zip code to find a shipping quote, that it would be an agreement on both sides for price... not an attempt to bargain further offers.

im in need of binders quickly so if you're going to use my offer to see what else it stirs up and drag this out, i no longer have interest in them at all.
