SETH VICIOUS MOUNTING

Ive snagged an old pair of 179 SV for all mountain and park use and am wondering where to mount them.

I have Hellbents mounted at true centre (after initially mounting them further back) which I use for pow and end of season slush.

The SV will be my main piste basher and I will also use it in the park quite a bit.

I weigh 180 and am 6 foot 1, ski quite aggressively and am a beginner in the park,  (got 3s, 27s and landed one front).

In the past I have skied Scratch BCs at the forward mark, 1080 CRs at core and true centre, Invaders at centre and have tended to move my mounts forward when getting remounts.

Im thinking core centre at +7 might be a good option though if they are anything like the bents then closer to true centre might be better.

I had mine mounted first at +2 and then at core center, and liked em a whole lot more at core center.

i would go to more dead center, true center is more like core center

core center at +4 seems perfect for you.

I ride a pair of old seth vicious 179 at -2 from true center. I would highly recommend that spot.

Whats true centre on the SV? I will measure it when I get my hands back on the skis in a few weeks time I guess.

My seths ski great at core center and they are way fun in the park also. Doing simple stuff it's not much more difficult then it would be with a dedicated park ski.
