so, im 16 and found a sexy spitfire on craigslist. now, the only problem is i know very little about maintaining cars. not because im stupid (i actually am pretty good at fixing stuff just nothing like a car) more just because my dad know nothing to pass on. the closest thing i had to do was fix and finally replace a tractor's motor at my cabin but i had help from a neighbor like allot of help. if leaved next to me in the city it might not be a bad idea but he doesn't and my dad know shit about cars. So, how bad of an idea would it be for me to buy this car like will i just end spending all my money having to take it to the shop to maintain it or can i sorta learn as i go and fix it up myself?
