My fellow Newschoolers, for the last three weeks I have been swimming a mile of breast stroke at least five times per week. I used to left quite a bit, but stopped for swimming. I'm starting to feel the after effects of not lifting particularly in my biceps and calves.
So I ask you, what type of routine do you think I should do in the gym to balance the muscle groups out while still doing the breast stroke. As always, please and thank you!
