haven't been answered or replied to in the stickied threads on this forum. 

"70 dollars shipped"  does this mean the buyer is paying the shipping or the seller? 

What is more common?  For the buyer to cover shipping or the seller? 

I generally can figure out the lingo and acronymns but if anybody has any other input that might help me get with it in this forum, that'd be great.

"$70 shipped" means the buyer pays a total of $70 to the seller no matter the shipping cost.  "$70 plus shipping" means the buyer pays the seller $70 in addition to whatever the cost of shipping is.

$70 shipped means that the seller is paying for the shipping... If this is the case, common courtesy is either to send the seller $70 gifted or $72 goods by paypal so that the seller doesn't have to swallow the paypal fees.

yup everything they said. make sure you cover the paypal send money cost. i hate when people dont -.-

What is standard?  The buyer pays shipping or the seller?   I would think it's tough for the buyer to pay shipping because they are sending the money first, but don't know how much shipping will be when the seller goes to ship it...

You estimate. You have buyer pay like 6-12 dollars to cover what it'll be depend on service/size. Or you swallow the ship costs with what the buyer paid you. You'll see most items like "xx" shipped, which means extra for shipping is included.
