Any got any advice? Online the Concourse is 100$ and the Anchorage is 130$ for last years model which doesn't bother me. They both seem to be able to carry 2 pairs of skis which is good but other than that does anyone know any differences between them or should I just pick up the cheaper of the two?

armada anchorage was one of the best ski related purchases of my life, it fit 2 pairs of skis, but also 2 full suits, like 3 sweatshirts, and a bunch of socks gloves and layers. Great bag if you get it you wont regret it

I have never used the Concourse but I've had the Armada bag for two years now and flown with it at least three times. You can easily fit two pairs of man sized skis, maybee even three if they're smaller, and anything else you might need. If you don't mind spending the cash you shouldn't be disappointed.

So with the Anchorage I should be able to fit 2 pairs of skis and some random gear, what about boots?

Never had the anchorage but I have the concourse double. Testament!!!! I watched as the luggage cart dropped my bag and my buddies and run it over with every little luggage trailer before they realized. The airline was SOUTHWEST btw and never reimbursed me whatsoever!!!! Anyway my buddies bad was thrashed and his skis crunched. He was never reimbursed either SOUTHWEST!!!!! ahem. Sorry. Allergies. Achoo. Anyway my concourse double totally protected my skis and my bag only suffered a small tear....AND WAS NEVER REPLACED BY.....SOUTHWEST....godbless me. My buddies bag was a Rossi with zero support. The concourse has that partial plastic backbone and rugged materials which I'm convinced saved my skis. Hope that helps.

Haven't used either, but I do have the Dakine Fall Line Double 190cm.
It fits 2 pairs of skis of course, along with your poles.
I've also been able to fit my outerwear, thermals and gloves in there. Along with any other junk I've ever needed to bring along.
As for boots, I have a boot bag that carries my boots, helmet, goggles and gloves for my everyday use, and travel.
I also just checked out and realized the Concourse has that extra deck for all your other gear like boots. Where as the Anchorage is probably targeted to compete against the Fall Line

Yeah I can fit two pairs of skis with poles, two helmets, two pairs of boots, outerwear, and my wax iron kit in the double no problem....but you'll be overweight for flying with all that.

hmmm. I have a Line boot bag that I usually stuff a lot in but since I'm gonna be flying I was thinking I'd put all my gear in one bag. Thanks for all the input so far peeps.

Yeah those two big pockets on the front of the concourse will easily fit boots.

Well the Armada bag disappeared from the online stores at the 130$ price which bummed me out because that was a dope bag. Ended up ordering the Dakine bag today
