I've been doing variations of the following two for the past few months, goal is to get strong but not big, so I'm doing a lot of compound exercises with heavy weight, trying to max by the 5th rep.
deadlift 1x6
squat 5x5
dumbell bench press 5x5
pullup 3x12

power clean 5x5
front squat 5x5
dumbell shoulder press 5x5
dips 3x12
for cardio I use the row machine, do kettlebell intervals, or go on long ass bike rides on my day off
