Is it legal?

I go to a college up in Syracuse, and we have bathrooms that do not have soap or paper towels, but they have water.  Just curious to know if that's legal?

It's this misconception that prompted my name change in the first place.  If people weren't so hypocritically intolerant of homophobes, I wouldn't have to have such an inflammatory name.  Homophobes can't choose their ideology any more than gays can choose their sexual orientation.  It's absurd to protect gays from even the mildest harassment and then go tell a homophobe he should kill himself because of his beliefs.

my Gay uncle tried to commit suicide because of "mild harassment" from assholes like you. being gay isnt a choice your right. expressing your hate for gays is a choice. its as easy as dont make "i hate gays" your name and you would be having a peachy time on newschoolers. but no you decide to be the epitome of douchebag and do it anyway. fuck you change your ways

Yah I'll agree with him on that part. I only hate gays that are super gay and feel the needs to cross dress and have to make a big deal that they are in fact gay to everyone. Everyone else can fuck off if you don't agree with my opinion!
