im 5'5, 120 lbs ride k2 silencers with marker free 11's. i am a type 3 skier and ski park like 35% of the time and blue/blacks the rest.

something you gotta figure out on your own, set them low and crank them up incrementally until your not pre-releasing.

You need the setting that let's you release when it should, and keep you in when it should.
For your weight, don't go high. Nothing higher than 5.5/6 with your weight anyways.
I'm a teacher and have a degree to allow to set DINs. You're very light and small. If you still prerelease you're a crappy skier and should get some lessons to get your technique fixed.
I'd start at 4.5/5 if I were you. If you prerealse try putting it up a notch to 5.5. Don't go higher, you'll fuck up your knees.
