Speech Topic Ideas

I have to write a speech for English class and present it.  It has to be 3.5-4 minutes long and it has to be one of these four things:


1. Speech that addresses attitude (aimed at changing the way people thing or feel about a particular subject)
2. Speech that urges action (aimed at getting the audience to do something)
3. Speech of contention (aimed at refuting opposing arguments)
4. Speech of conviction/entertainment/satire/parody. re: a serious topic which shows some research or a topic that involves study of popular culture)

Any ideas? I think my teacher enjoys humor so funny is good.

i recently did a speech on happiness and kind of modeled it after what warren miller said at the end of refresh. it was a fucking legit speech
