You are now chatting with Beth
Beth: Hello! Thank you for contacting Sierra Trading Post!
Beth: Hi Steve.
Steve: Hi I can't decide between an XL or XXL in a jacket, if I order both do I have to pay to ship it back to you?
Steve: or is there a pre-paid shipping return label?
Beth: We do include a return label with your order and the fee to use if $5.95.
Beth: Or you may return using any shipper of your choice.
Beth: What is your chest size?
Beth: I can give you a good idea which jacket would fit best.
Steve: hmm okay, so I could gamble and pick a size, and it would be $5.95 to return it, plus $3 to ship the other size...or play it safe, order both and pay an extra 6?
Steve: okay well I'm looking at the oakley fari jacket in XL or XXL
Beth: You can do that, but what is your chest measurement and I will give you a really good idea and hopefully avoid this scenario altogether.
Steve: well that's not exactly it, I want it baggy, but i also want to get the arctic chill woven shirt in XXL and have the tail of the flannel hang out past the bottom of the jacket
Steve: *oakley
Steve: but not too far past only like 2"
Steve: it's all about layering ya know?
Beth: If you are looking for baggy than I would get it in XXL.
Steve: but I don't want it too baggy where it totally covers the flannel
Beth: What is the item number for this jacket please?
Steve: 3440G-01
Steve: and the flannel is 3622U-01
Steve: if you could have someone try on the flannel in 2Xl
Beth: Thank you.
Beth: Sorry for the delay. I will look this up now.
Steve: cool
Beth: The center back length on size large is 31 inches on Item 3440G.
Steve: yeah I saw that, do we know XL or XXL?
Steve: and how does it compare to the flannel?
Beth: So, an XL is go to be 32-33 inches while an XXL is going to be 33-34 inches.
Steve: great that's the jacket right?
Beth: Yes
Steve: okay and then what about the flannel?
Beth: One moment.
Beth: 30 inches on center back of size large. So XL will be 31-32 inches and and 32-33 inches. I think what we should do is have our product specialist get actual measurements and then I will email you this information.
Beth: We can then eliminate all this guesswork. I am sorry this information is not available to me right at this time, but I can get it for you today or tomorrow.
Steve: yeah that would be great, i need it tonight though, cause the discount code you gave me expires tonight
Steve: just the length of the XXL flannel, and then the XL and XXL jacket
Beth: OK I will escalate this inquiry so I can get back to you today before 4 PM (the time I leave).
Steve: Awesome, thanks so much. you could even just have someone try on the flannel in an XXL and then the jacket in both sizes and take pictures, that would be perfect
Beth: steve02331@gmail.com
Beth: Is the above correct?
Beth: I can't do that.
Beth: I am sorry.
Beth: But I am going to get the measurements for you.
Beth: Then you will know.
Steve: aright measurements is fine then
Steve: awesome thanks a lot!
Beth: Our stuff is in a big warehouse is why.
Beth: You have to have machine to lift you up high enough to reach it.
Steve: yeah that's fine, no worries
Beth: They probably wouldn't trust me up there since I am an old lady.
Steve: haha okay
Beth: Ok. Thank you Steve.
Beth: Have a good day and I will be emailing you later today.
Steve: i gotta run but thanks for your help, I'll wait for your E-mail!
